1. All ready to ship items are dispatched within 48-72 hours. Pre-order items ship in 7-15 working days. Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday.

2. Upon dispatch you will receive tracking details via whatsapp, sms and email. Depending upon your location, the product will be shipped to you in 7-10 working days from our end. Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value of Rs.5000/-

3. In spite of taking precautions, there may be certain hiccups to the otherwise smooth procedure. In such a scenario, the company will ensure that communication of the delay or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time to the customer. If a pre-order item gets delayed, the customer can opt for a Store credit.

4. Si Branchè will not be responsible for stolen or lost orders. Please track packages to monitor your order. We use Delhivery for pan India shipping.

1. The product should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn for hygiene reasons. The original packaging and tags of the products should be in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

2. Size exchange can be approved for an order only once. Return/ Exchange request should be raised within 5 days of delivery of the original order. A return fee will be charged per delivery to cover the costs of re-stocking the returned item.

3. The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved. Si Branchè reserves the right to reject any exchange request if any of the above conditions are not met.

4. All sales are final. There will be no refund or exchanges on Sale items.
